Rodless cylinders with guide V series PU configurator
PU rodless cylinders ensure high pneumatic sealing with an internal polyurethane band reinforced with harmonic steel, suitable for high speed, heavy-duty cycles and long strokes. The anodized aluminium barrel with T-slots allows sensor and valve mounting. In addition to standard pads, side pads—adjustable and replaceable—provide a pivoting coupling that transfers only axial loads, reducing torque and side stresses. Equipped with integrated pneumatic cushioning, they are also available with hydraulic shock absorbers and adjustable end-stops, which can be retrofitted.

The PU rodless cylinders deliver excellent sealing and high performance in demanding, high-speed applications. The anodized aluminium barrel with T-slots allows sensor and valve mounting, while the hardened steel guide with recirculating ball bearings ensures high load capacity, smooth operation and long maintenance intervals. Available with strokes up to 2470 mm, integrated cushioning and optional hydraulic shock absorbers with adjustable end-stops.
