Rodless cylinders configurator
The rodless cylinder range, available in Ø 16, 25, 32, 40 and 63 mm, offers strokes from 100 to 5700 mm in 1 mm steps. Built with anodized aluminium barrel and integrated grooves for sensors and accessories, they ensure sealing via stainless steel bands. Equipped with adjustable pneumatic cushioning, they can be upgraded with shock absorbers and limit switches. From Ø 32 upwards, valves can be mounted directly using the sensor grooves.
Rodless cylinders with guide V configurator
These rodless cylinders feature two “V” guides integrated into the anodized aluminium barrel, with acetal resin pads sliding on a pivoting carriage-piston system. This design transmits only axial loads, avoiding unwanted moments. Pad clearance is adjustable via side screws, and pads can be replaced without disassembling the cylinder. They retain the base features (adjustable pneumatic cushioning, grooves for sensors and accessories) and can be equipped with adjustable end stops or hydraulic shock absorbers, even retrofitted.
