HDM
HDM Valves HDM combines the modularity of Multimach with extra strength and IP65 protection. The reinforced technopolymer shell resists shocks, dirt and frequent washing. All pneumatic connections are on one side with built-in quick fittings, while the user interface stays easily accessible. The system is fully modular: from 1 to 16 valves, with separate supply and exhaust options and free combination of three different sizes. Replacement is quick and automatic electrical connection makes installation simple. With the best flow-to-size ratio, HDM sets the standard for efficiency and compactness.
CM
Clever Multimach Valves. Clever Multimach valves are smart, autonomous islands: each valve features a built-in microchip that manages its own operation and communicates with the others via serial transmission. Metal Work’s proprietary CM protocol, simple and reliable, ensures fast and efficient control. With integrated diagnostics, electrical faults are quickly detected and wiring can be verified during installation. The island can be controlled via multipole connections or fieldbus with various protocols. Addressing is automatic, as each solenoid is assigned its connection number according to its position.
Valves series MULTIMACH
Multimach. With Multimach, the valve becomes a complete electro-pneumatic island: a ready-to-use block with pneumatic connections on one side and a user interface on the other, featuring manual controls, LEDs and identification plates. The electrical connector can be oriented in four directions. It offers total flexibility with 1 to 24 valves, various supply and exhaust sizes, and 9- or 25-pin connections. Three valve types can be freely combined and replaced at any time. With an unmatched flow-to-size ratio, Multimach stands for miniaturization and efficiency.
Input/Output PROFIBUS-DP
Profibus-DP IP67. The Profibus-DP IP67 is a robust metal slave that, through M12 connectors, manages up to 16 signals between inputs and outputs with maximum flexibility. Each connector can be freely configured for input, output or diagnostics, ensuring full adaptability. The diagnostic system detects and reports errors for each individual channel, deactivating only the affected point without disabling the entire module, with feedback to the controller and local LED indication. Available as a standalone slave or integrated into complete valve islands from Series 70 (1/8” and 1/4”) and ISO 5599 sizes 1 and 2.
PLT-10 multiple connection
PLT-10 Solenoid Valves. PLT-10 solenoid valves can be mounted on modular bases from 4 to 24 positions, with integrated electrical and pneumatic connections. Electrical contacts are grouped into a single 9- or 25-PIN connector, with the latter compatible with major Fieldbus systems via Profibus-DP modules for Multimach. Pneumatic supply is common and can be positioned on either side with a 1/8” fitting, while outputs connect via Ø 4 automatic cartridges. Bases can be fixed from above with M3 screws or on DIN rail, and allow free combination of 3/2 NC and NO valves, with or without manual override, with fully reconfigurable sequences.
Multiple Connectors
Multiple connectors Mach 16. Mach 16 valves can be mounted on bases with integrated pneumatic and electrical connections, linked to a single connection point for up to 16 commands, matching PLC standards. The system is modular and flexible: available for single or double solenoid valves, with multipole connector or pre-wired cable, supplied as single parts, ready-to-use bases or complete islands. EMC-certified and CE marked, it is Fieldbus-ready and allows easy customization of valve configurations.
