Rotary actuator series R1
Rack-and-pinion rotary actuators available in different versions: standard magnet, male pinion or female bore, adjustable stroke, and special executions on request. The body includes wall-mounting holes, with additional options via feet or ISO flange on end caps.
Rotary actuator series R2
Double rack actuator with backlash recovery, available in four sizes (12-16-20-25 mm) and two rotation angles (90° and 180°). All versions feature adjustable stroke and pneumatic cushioning, except the smallest size. The body includes slots for magnetic sensors, with air supply, stroke and cushioning adjustment all on the same side.
Rotary actuator series R3
Double rack actuator with backlash recovery, adjustable rotation angle from 0° to 180°. Available with mechanical end stops or hydraulic cushioning, and in flange or shaft versions (Ø16-20-25-30). The body includes slots for flush magnetic sensors (two per side), while the flange features a through-hole for air tubes or electrical cables.
Rotary actuators series R3K
Double rack actuator with backlash recovery and adjustable rotation angle from 0° to 180°. Available with mechanical end stops, hydraulic shock absorbers (on some sizes), or external hydraulic dampers for higher energy absorption. Features a rotary table and base with V-Lock profile, flush slots for magnetic sensors (two per side), and a flange hole for tube or cable passage.
Rotary actuator series R3 with external shock absorbers
Double rack actuator with backlash recovery and external hydraulic dampers, capable of absorbing 4 to 8 times more energy than internal ones. Available in 90° or 180° rotation versions, with reduced longitudinal dimensions. The body features flush slots for magnetic sensors (two per side) and a flange hole for tube or cable passage.
Rotary actuators series R3K with external shock absorbers
Double rack actuator with backlash recovery and external hydraulic dampers, positioned further from the axis to absorb 4 to 8 times more energy than internal ones. With compact dimensions, it is available in 90° or 180° rotation. Features include V-Lock dovetail on table and body, flush slots for magnetic sensors (two per side), and a flange hole for tube or cable passage.
Vane rotary actuator R5
The R5 rotary vane actuator is compact and fast thanks to low inertia. The steel shaft, supported by bearings, rotates 90°, 180° or 270° via differential pressure in the anodized aluminum body. Mounting options: wall, L-bracket, or front accessory. Angle adjustment with elastic stops and magnetic sensors available.
