Programming unit e.motion
Stand-alone system, no PLC required. Controls electric cylinders or actuators with STEP/DIRECTION interface drivers for any size or power, using STEPper or BRUSHLESS motors. Connected to a PC via USB, it provides a simple configuration and programming environment (MW POS) with a user-friendly language to create even complex cycles, handling both digital and analog I/Os. Housed in a metal case, it is designed for wall or DIN rail mounting and features removable screw connectors for easy wiring.
Programmable drive for STEPPING motors e.drive
Stand-alone system for controlling electric cylinders and actuators with stepper motors up to 6A. Connected via USB to a PC, it provides the MW DRIVE environment to configure and program cycles, managing digital and analog I/O. It consists of two boards in a metal housing, wall- or DIN-rail mountable, with a bipolar ministep drive up to 55VDC. Also available in a wireless version with the Metal Work driveUP App (MQTT/Bluetooth) for monitoring, parameter setting and motor control.
Drive for DC motors e.direct
The e.direct drive provides simple, safe control of 24VDC motors. Housed in a DIN-rail plastic case, it enables CW/CCW rotation via digital inputs and stop through two sensors (signals also available for PLC). It manages acceleration/braking to reduce stress and offers dynamic braking for quick stops. Speed can be set via trimmer or analog input. Supports 5V Hall sensors with outputs adapted to 24V PNP PLC. Max current selectable: 1, 2, 3.5 or 5A via DIP switches.
