Rack-and-pinion rotary actuator with backlash compensation and external hydraulic shock absorbers, absorbing 4 to 8 times more energy than internal ones. Available in 90° or 180° rotation. Features V-Lock dovetail on table and base, concealed slots for magnetic sensors on each side, and flange hole for cable or tube routing.
Rotary actuators series DAPK
The DAPK rotary units ensure high performance, precision, and long service life thanks to the patented backlash compensation system between rack and pinion. The rotation angle is adjustable from 0° to 180° with an extra stroke of ±3°. End stops can be either elastic or hydraulic, with position detection via magnetic or inductive sensors. Available in 2-, 3-, or 4-position versions (expandable later if needed). Models with rotary pneumatic distributor allow internal air supply to the rotary plate, available in both inline and 90° offset versions.
