Mini-valves series VME
3/2 Poppet Mini-Valves. Compact and easy to install, VME mini-valves ensure signal precision, fast response and minimal actuation force. Quick-fit connections Ø 4 mm and M5 make installation effortless. With the 2-position adapter, manual panel actuators Ø 22 can be integrated to achieve 3/2, 5/2 and 5/3 pneumatic functions. On request, versions with NC-NO electrical switch are available for electro-pneumatic applications.
Valves series PEV pedal operated
PEV Foot Pedal Valves. The PEV series features a complete range of foot pedal valves designed for reliability and ease of use. Available in 5/2 1/4’’ single and double acting with protected pedal, 3/2 M5 and Ø 4 single acting with unprotected pedal, as well as 3/2 M5 and Ø 4 single and double acting with protected pedal.
Two hand safety valves Series SAFE AIR
Two-Hand Valves. Two-hand valves ensure maximum safety and control: the output signal is activated only when two synchronized pneumatic inputs are received. They can be mounted with through screws or via DIN rail adapter. A complete push-button panel is also available, including the two-hand valve, two manual buttons and a mushroom shut-off valve, all housed in a sturdy metal enclosure for wall or pedestal mounting. For full customization, the push-button enclosure can also be supplied separately.
Valves series 70
The Series 70 forms part of Metal Work’s full range of traditional valves. They are available in sizes 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2”, versions 3/2, 5/2, 5/3 and double 3/2, with mechanical, manual, pneumatic and electric drives. They can be installed in line, onto a wall, on the cylinder (using a special bracket) or in series (on a multiple or modular base) to suit all possible applications.

Valves series NAMUR
Performance and Technical Features. The valves deliver reliability and speed in every application. They operate across a wide pressure range, with optimized minimum values for pneumatic versions, and ensure high flow rates exceeding 1000 Nl/min at 6 bar. Their extended temperature range makes them suitable for harsh environments, while response times of just a few milliseconds guarantee maximum efficiency. Secure M5 screw mounting and compatibility with compressor oils enhance versatility and durability.
10-mm solenoid valves series PLT-10
PLT-10 solenoid valves are the latest development in modern pneumatic design, where the main trends focus on miniaturisation, enhanced performance, reduced power and reliability. Numerous versions are available, all with an ISO 15218 pneumatic interface. The power required to operate the PLT-10 has been greatly reduced, ranging from 0.3 to 0.8 Watts.It is available with a LED indicating when it is active. Monostable manual control is also possible. None of the versions will get damaged if the polarity is accidentally inverted.
Solenoid valves series CNOMO
CNOMO 060580 Solenoid Valves. Solenoid valve compliant with CNOMO 060580 standard, available in 3/2 normally closed version. Offered with bistable or monostable manual override, it is designed for quick installation on modular Manifold bases, ensuring flexible and efficient configurations.
Valves series MINIMACH
Compact Mach Series Valves. Compact in size and ideal for industrial automation, these valves combine strength and reliability with a painted aluminum body designed to withstand even the harshest environments. Internal FKM/FPM seals ensure full compatibility with all compressor oils. Threaded M5 pneumatic ports give maximum flexibility in choosing fitting diameter, type and orientation. Highly versatile, they can be mounted in-line, on panel, or on manifold bases. Available in 3/2 (NO or NC), 5/2 (single or double acting) and 5/3 (closed, open or pressure center) versions.
Valves series MACH 11
The Mach 11 valves, with M7 threaded connection, are available in 5/2 single or double acting versions, as well as 5/3 with closed, open or pressure centers. They can be controlled pneumatically or via 24VDC electro-pneumatic actuation. With a remarkably compact width of just 11 mm and outstanding performance, they provide maximum flexibility for industrial automation applications.
Valves series MACH 16
Mach 16 Valves. Available in 1/8’’ size and in 5/2 and 5/3 versions with pneumatic or electric actuation, Mach 16 valves embody the perfect balance between compact design and high performance. With a width of only 16 mm and a flow rate of 750 Nl/min at 6 bar, they ensure durability, strength and reliability in any application. They can be mounted in-line, on panel, or on multiple or modular bases, providing maximum flexibility for industrial automation systems.
Multiple Connectors
Mach 16 Valve Islands. Mach 16 valves can be mounted on bases with integrated pneumatic and electrical connections, linked to a single connection point for up to 16 commands, matching PLC standards. The system is modular and flexible: available for single or double solenoid valves, with multipole connector or pre-wired cable, supplied as single parts, ready-to-use bases or complete islands. EMC-certified and CE marked, it is Fieldbus-ready and allows easy customization of valve configurations.
Valves ISO 15407-1/VDMA 24563-02 series MACH 18
Mach 18 valve is manufactured according to the ISO 1507-1 standard, which in turn absorbs the VDMA 24563-02 rule. It comes in 5-way versions with 2 and 3 positions with solenoid or pneumatic actuation.
Valves ISO 5599/1 series IPV-ISV
The assembly surface dimensions of ISO1, ISO2 and ISO 3 valves are to ISO5599-1. They are available in the 5-way versions with 2 and 3 positions and with pneumatic or solenoid actuation.
Valves series 70 SAFE AIR
Series 70 Valves with Diagnostics. Building on the robust Series 70, this version integrates a diagnostic system and redundant dual-channel architecture for safety applications. A Hall effect sensor monitors spool position, detecting possible malfunctions. Available in sizes 1/8”-1/4”-3/8”-1/2”, single valves are certified Category 2 according to ISO EN 13849 and suitable up to PL = c, while double redundant versions reach Category 4 and PL = e. Both come with Bureau Veritas certification.

The BASIC series provides a streamlined selection of solenoid valves in 1/8” and 1/4” sizes, available in 3/2 single solenoid, 5/2 single solenoid and 5/2 double solenoid versions.
