The VBK belt-driven rodless axis features an anodized aluminum extrusion and linear guide with recirculating ball bearings. The motor-gearbox is fixed to the central body (“cantilever” setup), which stays still while the extrusion moves. Motion is transmitted by a reinforced polyurethane toothed belt with parabolic profile, ensuring high efficiency, low noise and vibration. Available with mm-precise strokes, adjustable belt tension, and relubrication channels. Extrusion includes V-Lock profile and internal cable/tube passage. Brushless motor with brake and planetary gearbox available, mountable on both sides.
