Electric rotary cylinder series ELEKTRO RBA
The compact RBA electric rotary actuator allows unlimited rotation in both directions via a toothed belt drive with adjustable eccentric tensioner. The driven pulley features a through-hole for cable/tube routing, ensuring easy integration. Mounting is possible on all body surfaces, with flexible flange positioning. It can be used as a rotary table or combined with moving axes (e.g. VBK). Available in two sizes, RBA-1 and RBA-2, with brushless or stepper motors with encoder and brake; the RBA-2 version includes a precision planetary gearbox.
Electric cylinder series ELEKTRO MINI DC
The ELEKTRO MINI DC cylinder is compact and lightweight, featuring a trapezoidal screw with self-lubricating polymer nut for irreversibility and anti-rotation. The piston includes a magnet for sensor detection. Driven by a 24VDC motor with resettable fuse, it is also available with encoder for position control. The geared version offers ratios of 1/12, 1/27, 1/48, and 1/108, with IP40 protection. Suitable for applications with low duty cycles and moderate precision, where high forces or speeds are not required.
Electric cylinder series ELEKTRO MULTIFIX
The ELEKTRO MULTIFIX cylinder is an electric actuator with rod guided by two columns on sintered bronze bushings or recirculating ball bearings, designed to withstand lateral loads. Motion is achieved via a ball screw and nut driven by an electric motor. The rod integrates a magnet for Square sensors housed in body slots. A lubrication port is provided for maintenance. Available with inline or belt-driven motors (three layouts), stepper or brushless, with dedicated drives. Special flanges and couplings available on request.
